- Basement works including cofferdam safe working system due to proximity of existing buildings, site boundary and road, depth of basement 8m from ground level, SIKA waterproof concrete and membranes used to obtain sufficient warranties for our client
- Storm attenuation tanks with flow control system at outfall
- External package including tarmac, paving & retaining walls
